1) Is this stereo IPOD compatible? What do I need to play the IPOD?

2) It states XM ready....what do I need to play my XM radio unit that I have already?

A: 
The stereo is IPod compatible, however, you will need to purchase an auxiliary cable which can be found at almost any electronics store. It is XM radio ready, however, XM radio does require a subscription.
