Smithwick Suspending Super Rogue (ASDRD1200) or Floating (ADRD1200) Hardbaits
this lure is the reason I gewt fish in my boat ((SPRING TIME)),
deadly in cold water,
PS<< when you think your going to slow,, go slower,, and hang ON
if your fishing for BIG fish,, 30 inch and up,, beff up youe split rings ( 30 lbs and more), and upsize your hooks to * 2,, if you upsize to * 1.0 , don't replace middle hook,, take it out,, 2 is enough,,
good luck ;0)

Super Performing Lure
I live in the midwest, central Indiana. Last year a friend gave me the Super Rogue to use in May. It worked well and I caught several largemouth. This year I started using it in April. WOW! On at least 5 different occasions I caught over 24 Largemouth with this lure. I had 15 casts and landed 12 Largemouth in a row. My April bass total was around 150, all caught with this lure. It has great action (floating model) and they can't resist it. I use the Blue back , Orange belly color.

I fish coastal tidewater for speckeled trout.I have been catching some quality fish during the last month or so.Some of the trout have been up to 28/29 inches, not a lot of fish about 5/7 per trip. The water temperature is between 49/51 degrees so the retrieve is slow, stop and go repeat and then do something "eratic" but it has been working.A hint that will help with the suspended trout is that I take the plug out of the packaging and replace the back hook on the suspending models with a heavier weighted hook, this causes the lure to momentarly sit vertical in the water column and then begin to sink out of sight, at about 1 foot per second, and I count the lure down to the desired depth for fish strikes. It has worked well.

just got back into fishing this year after a few years away from it for various reasons, in the past i went with my dad and did mostly pan fishing...now that he has passed away i decided to buy a new (to me) boat and try my hand at walleye.
went to do some night fishing on a local lake and the first night out, got a 24" eye just before it started to thunder and lightning...had to leave
second night out, 23" eye, 20" eye 23" eye and about a 3 lbs laregemouth in about 2-3 hours.
not bad, and all on a chrome/black back/orange belly super rogue, 5"
only downside is the stock hooks, fishing on a medium power, fast action spinning rod, with 20# braid, it nearly straightened the hooks out, so replaced them with some stronger hooks, otherwise terrific bait!
