A: 
Mag safety means the gun won't fire unless magazine is inserted. Internal safety is a separate safety inside the gun operated by a small key supplied by the manufacturer.

A: 
Mag safety is when the mag is removed the gun will not fire.
Internal lock is when you use a key to lock the gun internaly so the gun will not fire..
