This S&W handgun has an ambidextrous safety and slide stop to ensure safe operation. A Picatinny style accessory rail under the muzzle permits easy attachment of accessories. A 2-part trigger and grooves on the action aid with easy operation and accuracy. A great choice for hunting and practice handgun as well.

A real tack driver I practiced with three of these handguns all summer. They cycled everything that I put in them. They are extremely accurate. Routinely hit small spinner targets at 25 yards. I cleaned them after 500 rounds and didn't experience any failures to feed. Keep top slide rails lubricated with a drop of oil on each side. November 30, 2014
Super shooter Feeds everything shoots great very accurate we use this gun for competing May 13, 2014
M&P22 Bought this pistol back in Feb,2014 and can honestly say Im not real happy with it. First 100 rounds had several FTL & FTE. Figured ok it just needs a bit of break in time on it. Since then almost every mag has been the same way and didnt make any difference what velocity of ammo I shot. One FTE had to be forced out with a tool. Maybe a faulty round. Took it to the range again last thrusday and the same thing keeps happening, and thats with at least 7-800 rounds thru it. I did give it 2 stars cause Im not quite ready to give up on it yet. Longer break in period?? Very easy to field strip but would be nice if the barrel would detache from frame. Not sure but I think from here on out I'll stick with 9mm and forget about the .22's May 25, 2014
Great target pistol I have an M&P 40 and thought this one might give me the same feel at the range while greatly reducing ammo expense. The gun has a similar feel and shoots consistently straight. I am very happy with this .22 pistol, especially as compared with a couple of others I own. It is easier to break down for cleaning and just as reliable performance wise. This was a great purchase.
