Got the skeg guard on was a little tight due to skeg being bent a little. Paid for itseft the first time I went fishing due to high water on river and hitting some rocks. All it did was put some scratches on the bottom of guard.

This was a great fix for a small mishap. It now looks like we didn't even forget to raise the motor when leaving the ramp. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to make their skeg look brand new. It took all of about 15 minutes to install

The Skeg Shield Skeg Guard was a snap to install. Tapped it into place, drilled the 5/16" holes and secured. My skeg was repaired in less than an hour (which included the time it took to gather my drill & bit). The polished finish looks great, too. I highly recommend this product.

I damaged my skeg several years ago and finally decided to cover it up. This product fit perfectly and took about 10 minutes to install. It looks great and functions as advertised.
