I got this because my QAD Ultra rest is a little loud when it drops. I got the LD version but it doesnt have the built in dampeners like the HD model. Its a little smaller then I had hoped it would be. I didnt see a description of the deminsions but its about 1 inch by half an inch. and about a quarter inch high. Silences the rest nicely. I got it where the forks of the rest land about halfway on the pad and im not using the arrow holder since the Ultra rest is a full capture. Noticeable difference before/after its alot quieter and it sticks alot better than the felt pad I had used previously.
