Half Sizing

Details:
I normally wear a 10.5 shoe. I own Simms Headwaters waders which have a pretty thick sock. Should I go to 12? I am having a hard time getting in to try them on, which I know would be the best solution. Thanks

A:
If you do a fair amount of cold weather fishing and need to wear thick socks, then I would buy them a half size up. Otherwise, I think you'll love them. I used these for the first time this past week on a 3 day trip and was very pleased with them.

11.5 should be perfect. If you like a bit of room in your shoe, go for the 12.

A:
You need to go 1 size larger than your street shoe. In your case, you might want to buy a pair of neoprene wading socks and go with a 12.

A:
Yes, they have small holes at the bottom of the instep for drainage. They're hard to see from the photo. Drainage is good.
