Designed to deliver practical functionality and performance, the Freestone Vest is equipped with a total of 11 conveniently-placed pockets. Two large bellowed chest pockets with hook and loop closure and six waist pockets: two zippered horizontal pockets for large fly boxes and four medium bellowed pockets with hook and loop closure, two internal zippered pockets and one horizontal back pocket. In addition to the 11 pockets, the Simms Freestone Vest offers a rod loop, D-ring net holder at center-back and two accessory D-rings at chest. Comfortable, light weight, and PLENTY of pockets in which to store all the frequently used tackle and tools. Instead of reaching into my tackle box all the time, or searching my cargo shorts' pockets, I have everything I could want or need right at my fingertips. Highly recommend this vest. May 18, 2012

The Simms vest I purchased is very comfortable and is the best I have used in years. I would recommend this item to anyone searching for a good short vest. Great quality for a good price. May 3, 2012

I own a pair of Freestone boots and they're VERY durable, so I decided to purchase the Freestone vest. I wasn't disappointed. Lightweight, VERY tough material, and great design. Not sure, but it's very durable and I own one. Simms has the best warranty there is, don't worry about it ripping because they'll replace or repair it in a heartbeat.
