Works great I am sorry for the people that bought this range finder and it didn't work. Mine works great. I have only used it out to 300 yds. according to my friends,,who has a leupold We were 2 yards apart at 300 yrds. So far so good. October 27, 2014
Don't waste your money I brought this home. I tried it out on my archery target I had set up in the back yard at 20 yds. The first reading from this range finder was 19 yds. I took a second reading on the same target - 25 yds. I did it a 3rd time -27 yds. I boxed it up and returned it. I exchanged it and got another one. I brought that one home and tried again. Same thing happened with the next one. I even walked to the target this time and ranged the distance back to the house - same erratic readings. I'm going to get my money back. September 18, 2014
too prone to error! I tested this rangefinder over the weekend on preselected targets at a variety of different ranges. Unfortunately, I got multiple errant readings, from trees and other objects behind the target. These were not subtle errors but, errors of 60, 80, or even 100 yards. Totally unreliable! Excellent for money I bought the Simmons range finder for muzzleloader season. I must say it works flawless. Easy to operate and very accurate. I can't see the need for anything fancier. I highly recommend for distances out to 300 yrds. The viewer is a 4 x and deer get small past 300 2 thumbs up for Simmons!!!!!! December 25, 2013
