Rated 5 out of 5 by Great idea and execution. When I first read about this on a blog I knew I need to get one. I'd been dropping beads that bounce off hard surfaces or roll only to disappear. Getting this soft rubber pad has saved me money since I don't lose as many beads. Hooks and beads stay right where they fall. I keep it right in front of my vice. The bottom is sticky so the pad stays where you put it. Only wish they made these in different sizes and shapes. February 17, 2013
