Rated 5 out of 5 by Shimano Quick Fire II Love the Quick Fire . Don't us it much us a Bait caster most of the time . It is a very good reel and doesn't brake the bank . August 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Reel! I own 4 of these and use them with MH or H Bass Pro spinning rods strung with Stren at 6 to 20 pounds depending on what I'm fishing for etc. Shimano makes a great product and I've never had any issue with these reels. They're CHEAP for what you get, $30 for a nice reel with the quickfire bail, nice gear ratio, great for all around fishing whether using artificial baits or deadline with live bait. Like any reel expensive or not, clean and lube them every so often, if you take care of this product it will last you a while. July 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing reel and less than $30 Quick-Fire II system is the most amazing addition to a spinning reel. This reel is hands down worth more than $30. Shimano quality all the way around. I have other Shimano spinning reels and I will pick this one up first most of the time. April 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great pitching reel! This is the only spinning reel I use. I have 4 of them. Flipping the bail is quick and great to pitch docks. August 28, 2013

Go with the Shimano Syncopate Spinning Reel with Quick Fire II. Its is a higher quality reel then the $29.99 price tag. Quick fire trigger is an amazing addition to a spinning reel.
