Shakespeare's Ugly Stick Ladies Spincast Combo is specifically designed to suit a women's fishing needs. The 5'6'', two-piece Ugly Stick Ladies Rod is constructed using Shakespeare's unique Howald Process™ which combines graphite and fiberglass to ensure the Ladies Ugly Stick is lightweight, strong and sensitive. The rod is complete with high-quality components, and the handle is actually made smaller to provide a better fit for women's hands. The custom-fitting rod is well-matched with Shakespeare's Synergy® Steel 6 Spincast reel designed with a stainless steel front cone and smooth adjustable drag. Pre-spooled with 6-lb fishing line.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Abbysmommy Very disappointed I got the rod because of it being black and pink. Took it out fishing one time didn't have nothing but trouble with the reel. The reel kept spitting line out wouldn't wind in the line right one the spool. Very disappointed. July 15, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by VaDwayne Good Bye I purchased this product for my girlfriend who has done some fishing before. I took her out on the lake and she had a blast using this combo. We have been out a good bit since and had no problems with it. She has caught a few 2 to 4 pounders on it and it has the look and fill that it will hold up for a long time. June 12, 2010
