Shakespeare Synergy Titanium Spincast Reel
I recently purchased this reel based on other reviews, and believe me, they were all true!!!...I fish for bass at my local lake and this reel fits the bill...very smooth action, and I was amazed at the casting distance!!...I plan on buying another one to throw out some live bait while I work my retrieve baits on the other one.....great reel!!...give it a try!!

I've had two of these for 3 years..bought them as a package on ugly sticks....never had a problem with them...smooth and quiet action....i like them so much i bought two new ones last week just for spares when they wear out....for 15 bucks you can't beat this reel..
I went through a half dozen ultralight zebco's the previous 3 years, and there is no comparison...this reel stands up

Smooth and Tangle Free
Great reel for the angler looking for bluegill, red ear, and other small fish. The 6 lb. test line is strong and the reel casts smoothly and silently.

Very VERY Good
This is a very good spincaster. The balance is right.
Not too tall (sits low). Left-hand cranking. Thumb button is just right - perfect position where it does not fatigue thumb and grip (nice big, wide surface). I use this reel to catch bass. Spincast is underrated & underutilized by bass anglers. Casts just like a spinning reel, (casts a country mile), not plagued by too fast gear ratio, can cover four times as much water than baitcaster or spinning, handles like a baitcaster, compact so that it can be palmed, really easy to respool, there is nothing to break or even malfunction due to simplicity and construction, AFFORDABLE!, they work like magic on short-handled rods, drag is sufficient (really quite good) & drag stays put where you set it. I highly recommend this reel - you'll be surprised how good a largemouth bass fishing tool this is. And FUN to use. The fun factor is a "10". Not too many products are very VERY good. I own four. Love the dual double paddle handle. Nice feel and balance. Shakespeare got everything right with this little fish catching machine.
