I got the fishing rod for my two year old and he thinks it's the best thing in the world. He takes it every where! I thought it would break easily because my son is pretty rough but he has had it for 2 weeks and it still works great. I would recommend this product to anyone with a toddler!

The first pole I received the light did not work. It is very cute for my 2 year old who is s huge fan of mickey. It probably won't last long. On the plus side Bass Pro shop has excellent customer service and sent me a new pole right away.

Don't know how well it will hold up, but you can't get it out of his hands.......If it lasts only 6 months it was worth the money and I would get him another one. Was worth the 14.99 just to watch him play with it...
