Rated 5 out of 5 by Really Good Buy Light weight and smooth - really liked it. Plan to dump the mono line it came with and replace it with braided line so it will tangle less. November 8, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor choice of rod I bought this rod for my wife and it has been nothing but a problem. immediately after buying it, I had to replace the eyelet on the tip. 3 eye rings further down the rod are missing and the reel crank broke off with no amount of effort. Rod has only been used 20 times max. and I take excellent care of my fishing rods. May 13, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by very nice We bought this for our daughter who is graduating from college for Marine Biology. She has had an intership the past 3 years salt water fishing and recording her results about the mercury level in fish. She loved that it was a PINK rod and the quality was good. April 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Biggest Catch Took my wife out to use her new set up and she landed a 24" 8lb redfish. Her largest catch ever. The rod and reel worked exceptionally well. September 22, 2010
