good for the price Had to modify it to fit my Tracker 175TXW seats, but it is plastic and easy to cut. Seems durable so far, only issue is that the can holders actually hold the cans a little too tightly. Sometimes have to bend the can to get it out. Best I could find for my application. Disappointed This caddy is flimsy in construction, particularly the mounting plate area. The mounting area needs to be reinforced in order to provide confidence in long-term use. This product will NOT fit certain padded seats and you should be careful in your application. May 24, 2006
Did not fit my seats The seat caddy did not work with my seats which must have a wider cushion than what it was designed for. If the cushion on your seats extend more than 2 inches beyond the plastic base underneath, this item won't be useful. December 27, 2010
GREAT ITEM The seat caddy works great, its strong to handle any tool or lure but its only drawback is it doesn't hold a standard 20oz drink bottle, but it does hold "other" frosty beverages in cans securely. March 16, 2010

It will fit a pedestal seat but does not mount on the pedestal - it mounts under the seat.

you take your own screws & screw them through the large tab that goes under your chair. you deside where to put the screws there is no template. i used about one inch metal screws with big blades to bite into the plastic.

it has a flat plastic flange on the area under the seat. I drilled holes to align with the bolts on the seat hinge and mounted it to one hole at a time. Had to cut off the excess. Worked well.

It screws to the under side of the seat and is positioned right up close to the side of the seat. Ours are pedestal seats in our new Lund. Can go on either side of seat.
