The gloves are a recent purchase but two things which were noticeable immediately was size and little finger shape to hand.
I had to order a smaller size after purchasing the first set. My size is always a large or extra large in gloves but in these gloves I had to order a medium.
The gloves also have a wierd configuration at the little finger connection.
As to how well they keep ones hands warm and durability over time, only length of use will tell.

So I work and live in Anchorage ak. I spend a good portion of my day outside, always looking for a good pair of gloves to keep me warm with enough dexterity to do my job. Bought these gloves after lots of reviews and have to say they haven't lived up to the hype. Yes they are warm but the air still seems to cut through them, and I don't see much of the water wicking they seem to stay soggy most of the time. So I guess I'm going to say they are good above 30 degrees but I'm still going to search for something better.
