Seaguar Tatsu Fluorocarbon Line
Not worth the price to me
I am a big Seaguar fan. I use their floro exclusively, and I've tried almost every other brand out there. So, when they came out with the Tatsu, I decided to give it a try. I didn't notice any more sensitivity using this line, and I had a few break offs at the swivel. I've used both the Inviz-X and AbrazX before, and have actually bent or broke a hook before the line gave trying to free a hang-up. There are other Seaguar products that work just as well for more than half the price.

Tatsu Flurocarbon line
Best line we have ever used, ties great knots with ease. Stronger and limper than any Flurocarbon line we have ever used.
We caught bottom when trolling and the 4 pound leader held the 8 pound main line held (both Tatsu line) Ouyr 18piund lead core held and the line broke at our 10# mono backing. On other lines consisting of all Tatsu, 4 pound as leader and 8 pound as main line, when snagged, only the leader broke saving us out main line and swivels etc.
It's very expensive, but worth the cost, a 200 yard roll of 4 pound used as leader is much cheaper in the end than 8 rolls of 25 yds fluro leader,

Best advise yet!
After trying a dozen different brands I emailed a
support specialist @ Shimano about his favorite
florocarbon, He said he liked using Seaguar brand, so I tried The Tatsu Thinking it must be
good becuase it cost so much, Truth is its the most sensative non braided line I have used,
However most lines perform well for first couple of days then the memory takes over
& they turn into slinky material, I have been using the same spool of Tatsu for 45-days Plus w/out
changing it, It has some memory but its not the
Barbed wire/cat in bag type! If tou have a little bird nest it seams to come right out w/out clinging together like previuos lines I have used, It has the best Knot strength (using doulbe improved clinch)
of all lines yet, Its very managable & it is so sensative, I Will continue to use it for all Finesse type fishing, This time you get what you pay for!

Ranks right at the top
There are so many types of line you can buy today. Depending on the application, fluorocarbon, in my opinion, is really the best way to go no matter what. I have used several different brands, my favorite, and most reliable, has been Gamma 100% fluorocarbon. Only problem is you can only buy it online, can't find it anywhere in stores over 6lb test. Instead of spending the money for shipping, I decided to give this a shot. I was shocked. This has to be one of the top 3 fluorocarbons on the market. If you ever had an idea about using this type of line, please, don't go cheap, spend the extra $8-10 bucks and try this, you won't be sorry.
