This is the real deal,on a spinning rod it casts

casting mono.I will definately be buying more of
this braid.I got the 12lb and flip Chigger Craws

I was really excited to see this braid from Seaguar. I have been fishing their fluorocarbon lines for quite awhile and have had no issues with them. I was really impressed by the flexibility of the braid and thought it was going to be a fantastic product. Then I started breaking off a lot of hooks. After this I actually did my own little test using a luggage scale and a worm hook tied to fresh line still on the filler spool. The 15lb test broke repeatedly at around 7 lbs. I also checked power pro and spider wire just to make a fair comparison. Power Pro and Spiderwire both exceeded their test rating. All test identical and knots were Palomars I'm going so take this stuff back to Bass Pro and see if they will do anything about it. This stuff is just plain terrible.

i had read reviews about kanzen,on this site.more bad than good..a friend in batonrouge had used some and s=aid it was pretty good..ssoooo.i bought 15# and 20#..auburnhills was out of 60and 80..i tied the 15# on my vanstaalon a Kistler7/6"spinning rod..mainly to throw 128luckycrafts...2# under the rod rating of 17# ..isecured the line to the fence and walked out 45yds.and stretched ..SNAP,,i was a lot hot under the collar..to the pond i went..made cast,s increassingly longer with a 3/4oz.sinker..then i walked out the whole 150yds..2 or 3 times..
this or the shimano braid.spooled and cast better if it was wet///i put the 20# kanzen on aJMcarbon litereel on a Kistler he7'3"FROG ROD..WET IT UP REALLY GOOD AND NO PROBLEM..suprisingly only one wind not and i was able to pic it out without to much trouble.so when you spool.. put the spool ing a pail of warm water with a pencil between your toes and wind away..heh heh heh'''''

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chrispy4694 great braid...a little pricey
This is definitely a great line. I've used it on a few outings and can see it's strong and abrasion resistant yet very supple. It has great knot strength and casts well. My only problem is that it's more expensive than other comparable braids...if you have the money to spend i guess it's no problem at all.

i have not used daiwa Samurai braid,so i can not give a fair comparison but Samurai is more expensive than KanzenA:
It's terrible. Casts very well but, snaps easy. I bought 20 and 30 lb. Not impressed with either. I've lost two jigs, 2 Pumpkin Ed jigs, and a texas rig worm with this braid. Prepare yourself to lose fish.1 of 1
