10 casts two bass. Enough said! I use the green color scum frog and drug it through the grass and moss. The bass came up and slammed it! The only problem is the legs want to rip out if you get a lot of hits. I caught two six pounders in 30 minutes.

I use many different frogs from the Bigfoot to Live Target and this is definately my favorite. You can works the grass and pads but can also work in open water on a steady retrieve and let the large paddle feet do their thing. Open water or sparse grass/pads is where i stick to this frog almost exclusively and it NEVER fails. Everyone should own several of this frog. I would recommend a frog trailer hook though to help eliminate the short strikes.

I love this frog, I fish a pond with THICK slop a 1oz jig won't even go through it. I threw this frog today and caught bass in open water and just by pulling it across the slop. It is a great lure, easy for the beginner and great for the bass master. I had on a monster, at least 7 pounds which for Iowa is huge, but iI didn't retie it after a couple of fish so the knot came undone, but this bait catches fish from a half pound to ten! I love it and have it in many colors. My favorite is natural green and white because you can use it in all conditions. One problem like with all frogs is you get short struck, but a Lake Fork frog trailer hook fixes that problem. This frog get 5 stars from me!
