Scotty Rod Holder Extension
What a difference.
Looking for something Sturdy for walleye fishing to get the rods. Up away from the cap of the boat. To be able to stand up to plainer boards, and snags pulling at your rods, Scotty extensions work great. They also save your back if your in the bow of the boat on the trolling mtr. you dont have to bend over to set the hook.

I was very impressed with my Scotty rod holder extensions. They are top quality with stainless posts and should last a long time. They are only 8.5 inches long, but that will prevent undo stress on the mounts, and it actually makes a big difference in rod height. My Stratos has low side rails and the extensions keep us from having to bend over quite as far to set the hook. The extensions are probably the most expensive I've seen, but also the best quality. You get what you pay for!

Rod Holder Extension
I have a Hobie Adventure kayak that I use constantly for fishing. It uses a mirage drive(peddling) for power. This rod extension gets my rods out of the way of my feet on the peddles for trolling. It holds them well above the water and within much easier reach while I'm underway. Helps for both putting the rods in and taking them out.

Quality but pricey
Great for getting the holder off the deck when using the flush mount brackets. BUT these cost more then the holders or other brackets
