Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Purchise The Phase Sport Utikity Mask was one of the best items I have used. Bought it to save my face on a boat in the rain when running down the lake. It worked wonders and did not fog up like I thought it would. I was also able to wear my glasses underneathh the mask also. June 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by great buy Best 50 dollars I've spent. Great for early spring cold weather blast offs.doesn't fig and can wear my glasses under it without a problem February 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Waste of money First time I used it, the temperature was around 36 degrees. It fogged right up, I had to take it off so that I could see. Cleaned the lens and retried it, same problem. Total waste of money for using in cold weather. February 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Winter Fishing Must Have I've used this mask twice and it really does keep the cold wind off you. I went crappie fishing a month ago and it started drizzling on me, the lens stayed relatively clear while running back to the ramp (just like rainx). I also went to lake fork bass fishing, I can't resist throwing a red rattle trap in January. Ran the lake wide open in 40-50 degrees all day. Never had the cold wind in my face, never had the fogging issues other people commented on. January 6, 2013

I do not think that would work, The mask covers above the hairline. a helmet on top of that would be terribly uncomfortable. Get a face shield for the helmet.

This mask will not fit under a half shell. However, according to the manufacturer, the Save Phace tactical mask (the ones used for paintball) have a removable forehead piece and can be worn under most half shell helmets. If you have further questions about other Save Phace masks, please do not hesitate to call us or email us. Thanks!

Better then with just sunglasses. I have a yellow and tint lenses. I use the yellow more often because it will fit over my sunglasses. The yellow makes it easier to see in the rain or fog.

Second time I fished after buying the mask, it rained while I was approx 1.5 mi. down river. It was a cold rain, but the mask did the job at speeds up to 55mph. No fogging on mask, or my glasses.

It is not a tight fit, so there is ventilation. it does not cover your ears. It certainly prevents wind burn when traveling 70mph in a boat across the water.

Wind at high speeds

Details:
How well does this mask stay hugged to your face? For example, would the wind catch or move the mask around at high speeds if you were to turn your head sideways? Could it fly off?

If it is not fitted tight enough, yes it could come off. I looked up and had one ripped off my face at 65mph.

The mask is great! I purchased one after being co-angler to several boaters who liked to show me how fast their 225's and 250 can go. I even rode as a marshall in an Elite series event. I think I hit top end in a bass boat with my mask on several times. It never moved. It doesn't fog up and when you run in the rain, you will smile as water deflects off of your mask. It slips on and off easily and the field of view is huge.

Per the manufacturer, they have tested the mask while driving over 100+ mph looking all directions, even backwards and the SUM did not budge. No, it will not fly off your face while driving and if it does...SLOW DOWN

A:
I dont think it would be recommended to use for jetskiing. because of the foam padding, it sits 1/2 to 3/4 inch off your face, a wave would let water in from the sides, top or bottom.

I wouldn't suggest it since this product is meant to protect your face from rain, bugs, wind, etc. while running at high speeds in a boat. It will surely come flying off if your face hits the water at high speed.

I've never jet skied, but I have been hit by some monster waves on Lake Erie in a bass boat. It does a good job of deflecting the water away from you. If you are looking to go under water with it on I'm not so sure it would work.

The mash comes with Light smoke.
The only Downside I have with that is the polarization messes with your sunglasses. You'll see crazy colors and stuff. They used to sell a clear lens but for some reason they don;t anymore. The Amber lens is good if the crazy colors mess with you too much.

Yes, you can wear glasses with this mask. I wear sunglasses with mine all the time. The mask comes with a smoked lense but you can purchase clear and other color lenses for about $20 per lense.
