NOTE: Rods with line weights of 3-6 have handle A shown in the rod chart above (models 691-4 VXP (item number 38-162-570-00) and 697-4 VXP  (item number 38-162-574-00)  have aluminum reel seats); rods with line weights of 7-up have handle B.

I was really torn on buying this or the orvis access models but when I first cast this bad boy I was so glad I purchased it. Loads fast and is smooth. Perfect for almost any situation.
