I have 4 of them (we like cooking over the fire).
Never tried 6 hotdogs on one fork.
I just figured out last week that you could put on more than two. We did four on each fork and spaced them out. I'm sure 5 would fit across the fork. I'll have to check on the 6. I bought them at Bass Pro 4 or 5 years ago and they hold up well. I like the backwards fork safety feature for the kids.
