You will definately get 3 in a single package. I have many Storm lures, and the packages of 3 are much more than you will need: I have given 2 of the 3 to friends of mine during the summer of last year and I still have the only one that I had left.

If there are Gobies present, than 100% yes. Otherwise, It is still a nice paddle tail lure that should attract more agressive species like pike and bass.

I'm in Wa. state and they work here, caught smallmouth in 40 degree water with themA:
i use to live right off of lake erie and this lure worked great there and all surrounding ponds..but about 5 months ago i move to california right by the delta and i have not even got a hit off it yet...not sure if that helps you any i gave up using it out here1 of 1
