Effective Got out two days ago to try this swimbait out. Very natural looking and acting. Caught several small bass and a couple of real chunker bluegills with it. Missed several other hits. Looks like a keeper so far. Very good value also. March 24, 2012
Not without it's issues It has a good action in the water. looks very realistic. the tail is the failing issue. it frequently hangs in one of the hooks on cast and ruins the retrieve, which in turn spins around and twists the line. the tail joint is also very weak, often i will retrieve the lure to find the tail is missing. great swimbait very effective for bass, casts far, sparkles in the water, would reccomend this lure for anyone January 19, 2012
Sunfish swimbait I have not caught a fish on this bait. The action is GOOD and the option of two different hooks on the bait is also GOOD. It's a swimbait and as such is not going to elicit a reaction strike the same way a crankbait will. This is something you throw for bedding bass and not something you "crank the weedlines"with mid summer. January 8, 2012

I mostly use the 2" ones with an Arke spinner on the front, but, sometimes only the 3" ones will work. You need both.

Depends on the waters...I like the bigger of the two though...it catches bigger fish.

if you're referring to the storm suspenders, i'd carry them in all sizes from 3in to at least 5in. they do make 6 and possibly 7in versions that would work equally well even in freshwater depending on the species. my suggestion is to try to match to the best of your abilities the size and color to a certain extent of the baitfish that are in your area. hope this helps
