STORM's impressive Deep Baby ThunderStick® is the answer when fish are feeding on smaller baitfish in deeper water. Like other members of the ThunderStick family, the Deep Baby ThunderSticks rely on their tight wiggling action, integrated lip, loud multi-ball rattle and brilliant finishes to deliver the results you're looking for. In addition to their tremendous action, 3-D holographic eyes and external scale patterns, the suspending Deep Baby ThunderSticks feature STORM's UV Bright or MadFlash finishes which reflect more light, strengthening the baits' visibility. STORM's UV Bright finish is a combination of fluorescent paints, reflective surfaces and optical brighteners which make the lures more visible in any light. Complete with Premium Black Nickel VMC hooks. Run from 5-10 feet.

A:
We just troll from the boat not using a board about 60 -70 feet of line. Seems to go about 8 feet deep.

I have read and use 75 feet as a minimum trolling distance. Generally, from my experience, if you troll faster, you go deeper.

Staff Answer
A:
Six feet is about the maxiumum depth of this lure. The type of line being used behind the planar board will determine how long the line needs to be. 75-100' should be a good estimate for the length range of line behind the planar board.
