Rated 5 out of 5 by One of my favorite all time lures... I have been throwing SPRO McSticks for 3 years now and this lure has become one of my top 3 favorite lures. You can use a jerk and pause retrieve but also try casting them and reeling slow or medium steady and hold on. The spotted bass and large mouth too will choke these lures and the #5 Gamakatsu Hooks will ensure that they get into the boat. I also catch a bunch of stripers on the McStick after dark and also during the day April 1, 2013
