Rated 5 out of 5 by Bad Start I have used the SPOT 2 for several years, like it and recommend it. I received an email offer to upgrade to Gen 3, and it arrived today. I went to their website to activate my new unit, 1st it did not recognize my ESN number, then it did not recognize my autorization number, then their customer service is closed on the weekend. I am unable to find out their problems with the numbers, and once that is corrected, to find out if they can transfer the contact numbers from my old unit to the new. Poor start for a new unit.
