Rated 4 out of 5 by MRW9 Good quality knife This is a very nice, high quality knife, people have complained about the cheap feel of the handle, but it's not cheaply made, I dropped this knife out of the window of my truck while driving, went back, searched for it and went on my way. there were a couple scuff marks on the handle but no cracks and the blade remained locked through the whole ordeal. I wasn't driving very fast but it still fell onto pavement and the 'cheap' handle didn't fail me at all. The only thing that failed me was the clip. It wasn't very snug fitting clipped on my pocket and when it became jacket weather for the first time it hooked on my jacket and would fall out every time I stood up or sat down (which is how I lost it). The assisted opening of this knife is awesome and I wish more of SOGs knives had it. I bought an escape to replace it and while it feels like much higher quality it has a lot fewer features. I wish they would put the escape clip on this knife and I'd buy it again. November 4, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by BackpackerMcFly New Favorite Knife This is unquestionably the sharpest I've ever received a knife from a manufacturer. This is also my first SOG, and if you're curious, I've got folding knives from Cold Steel, Spyderco, Buck, Kershaw and Leatherman, and this blew them all ten miles out of the water in terms of out-of-box cutting performance. I also love the assisted opening on this one, and the light weight. It doesn't feel as durable as some of my other blades (Cold Steel pretty much rules there...), but it's definitely my new favorite knife for "workday" use. And it's changed what I consider "sharp". Rated 5 out of 5 by 0987 great knife This is a great knife. I have had it for about a month and it has performed very well. The blade was very sharp right out of the box. I use it everyday for everything you would need a knife for and it has not failed me yet. The acr-lock is very strong and thier is no play in the blade at all. I like the knife so much I am going to get one for my father for his birthday. May 5, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by jemasie Cheap For the money this knife feels cheap. I usually want to find a knife in person, but i ordered this knife online. The handle is light, but feels cheap. The blade feels heavy, but has too much play when you open the blade. Its not a solid lock. It would be a good knife if it was half the price. 50 bucks for a knife i would expect more. Not as clean looking as the photo. February 29, 2012
