I bought this case for my new HELI-M.The case is sufficient for road trips/will probably never fly with it. do not like the way the handle is offset, is awkward while carrying.is overall a decent case. I would recommend either buying the case made for the HELI-M,or,the one made by BLACKS CREEK/that is made for that particular bow.

I purchased this case after buying my Mathews Z7 Extreme. It fits perfectly without having to be straped down. I am sure there are better cases out there but not for this price. I also have a 2011 polaris sportsman 500 with the rear rack extension and this case fits inside the rack like it was made for it without needing to be straped in as well. I dont think i would ship my bow in this case on an airlplane but thats not what I bought it for. Overall very happy with this purchased.

i Have a Mathews Heli-m. Fits perfect in this case, like it was made for this bow. can store it with quiver, and stabilizer attatched. Very nice interior. I would buy another if i lost mine today.

It should. There is really no size difference between the heli-m and the z7 extreme. They look identical and my z7 extreme fits perfect.

My Hoyt havotec fits perfectly, it is about 1 in shorter than your Maxx but there is plenty of room. I love this case! I use a soft case when I am in the woods but travel with this , 1500 bucks in gear, I decided I was a fool to protect it with a cheap 40 $$ Plano case ' Good luckBTW I wish I bought the Max instead of the Havoctec !!!

I just got a 2012 Hoyt Carbon Element two days ago and it fits perfectly in this case with room to spare. The foam keeps the bow securely in place. It has plenty of room for my Tight Spot quiver and I can keep my 6.5" Hoyt stabilizer on the bow. A stabilizer any longer than that will not fit. All in all, it's a great case and I am happy with my purchase.Images for this Answer

I shoot a Hoyt Havotec but my buddy shoots a S-back and his fit ( they are pretty much the same size. If you sablizer is more than 6 .5 in you will need a knuckle, which my bud already had, mine is in the mail. The case is real nice , I would have liked heavier hardware but still a soild case.. I feel alot better about my bow being intact when I travel.good luck
