Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 45 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Long Term SKB Hunter Case Review I purchased this case about 3-4 years ago and use my hunting equipment quite often. I would assume most of these positive reviews are from people who just purchased the bow, and NOT long terms use. My stuff does not sit in the garage, however I am not very hard on my stuff either. This case held up decent the first year, after that it began to fall apart. So the straps that hold the lid pulled out because of little glue and poor quality glue used to hold them in place. Not sure why they glued these in place instead of a more permanent attachment method. Next, the case has begun to crack, on the outside more so in the corners. It now has 5 different cracks about 1-2 inches long. I have patched them with silicone. Next one of the buckles has broken off, due to the flimsy frail plastic used. A second buckle I cracking and wont last much longer. Extra arrow storage on the bottom of the case is not a good idea, when the top is a lot better place to locate them. Since I purchased the case I have noticed that the lid design is poor and the latches don't always line up when closing, you have to mess with it to get it lined up. The outside texture seems durable and scratch resistant, not at all, mine was scratched up the first time I put it in the bed of my pickup and took it hunting. Overall a poor quality case for the money. August 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for hunting I am strictly a target shooter so I never use a bow-mounted quiver. This case was obviously designed for clearance of a quiver. That makes it about 3" thicker than necessary for a target bow. That empty space in the lid could have been used for more arrow storage mounts, and where the arrows are now carried could have been used for a compartment for accessories. The interior dimension of 15" is perfect for fitting my Hoyt Ignite bow, which has a 15-1/8" width. It snuggles down inside the case so there is no movement, but also no stress on the cams. Except for the extra depth of the case for target bows, it is excellent for my Hoyt Ignite, 12 arrows, and a small accessory box. April 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice hard case Purchased the case 1 month ago and have been pleased with the product. Wish there was a small pocket sewn inside to keep small items - broad heads/field points. The case appears well built and hopefully will be durable. July 22, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by SKB HUNTER PARALLEL CASE I bought this case for my new HELI-M.The case is sufficient for road trips/will probably never fly with it. do not like the way the handle is offset, is awkward while carrying.is overall a decent case. I would recommend either buying the case made for the HELI-M,or,the one made by BLACKS CREEK/that is made for that particular bow. April 18, 2013

I have a 2013 Hoyt Spyder, which is basically the same Dimensions and mine fits in this case just fine. However I have had this case for several years now and it is falling apart. Very poor quality for long term use. I would not recommend this case to anyone.

The interior dimensions of the case are 39"x15"x6". If your Hoyt Carbon Spyder is not wider than 15" or longer than 39" it should fit.

Im not sure if that bow will fit in this case, but I have had this case for several years, and it started to fall apart after the first year two. Plastic became very brittle can has cracked in 4-5 places, including the has cracked and broke off 2 of the latches. Poor quality case for long term use, I wouldn't recommend this case to anyone.

It should. There is really no size difference between the heli-m and the z7 extreme. They look identical and my z7 extreme fits perfect.

My Hoyt havotec fits perfectly, it is about 1 in shorter than your Maxx but there is plenty of room. I love this case! I use a soft case when I am in the woods but travel with this , 1500 bucks in gear, I decided I was a fool to protect it with a cheap 40 $$ Plano case ' Good luck

BTW I wish I bought the Max instead of the Havoctec !!!

I think the Alphamax and Alphaburner are close in size. It fits the Alphaburner perfectly like it was made for it.

I just got a 2012 Hoyt Carbon Element two days ago and it fits perfectly in this case with room to spare. The foam keeps the bow securely in place. It has plenty of room for my Tight Spot quiver and I can keep my 6.5" Hoyt stabilizer on the bow. A stabilizer any longer than that will not fit. All in all, it's a great case and I am happy with my purchase.

I shoot a Hoyt Havotec but my buddy shoots a S-back and his fit ( they are pretty much the same size. If you sablizer is more than 6 .5 in you will need a knuckle, which my bud already had, mine is in the mail. The case is real nice , I would have liked heavier hardware but still a soild case.. I feel alot better about my bow being intact when I travel.

good luck
