I bought two of these Rugers for my wife and I specifically for concealed carry use. We both love this revolver. Its light weight, well made, accurate and it carries concealed very nicely. To make it even better, I upgraded both of our guns with Tritanium front sights. These sights make a huge difference for low light or no light aiming. I highly recommend both the Ruger LCR and the Tritanium front sights.

This is my first revolver. Love the feel of the gun. Shoots nice. Not a lot of recoil which is nice for a female. I also have a Taurus PT 738 Tcp .380. The Ruger is more comfortable to shoot. This is my preferred handgun to carry. Would suggest getting laser for more accuracy in the dark. I am not a hunter but purchased this for protection.

I researched this gun countless times looking for a hammerless revolver, something that would work great for a concealed. Shoots very well, trigger almost has a pre-engaged point, you can pull the trigger about 3/4 of the way re-adjust your sight then complete the pull. Light weight and well built, like the fact that it has a trigger lock in the handle. Carry it with me almost everywhere, even hunting with .38 special "rat shot".
