I like revolvers anyway but this is a special balance of weight and power. Ruger gave this single-action revolver some extra "shoulders" to handle the .357mag load with ease. Much less felt recoil than other .357 fired. Looks great too. I purchased it to use on the range and SASS competition. Looks incredible in a cowboy style holster. I recommend this revolver.

Was in the market for a sidearm for deer/medium game hunting and decided on this one. What a great purchase! Gun is well made and handles easy. Lightweight and the cocking effort/kick are minimal. The added bonus is that it is a great looking firearm, with satin stainless construction and rosewood grips. Two thumbs up for Ruger.
