What a great pie maker!! My wife loves dessert and with this we can make just about anything not just pies. Each trip gets better and better. It's very durable feeling not like the ones see else where this is heavy duty. Season it good the first time and it won't give you any problems at all. The best thing about it for me is the way it cuts the crust off and seals your pie! Must have if you like dessert, and the kids love making there own pies!

We had a few of these when we were kids and we loved them, so I bought a couple of new ones recently for our annual family camping trip.
I forgot how much fun it was just making the pies, but of course eating them is much better. We seasoned them at home and they were all ready to use at camp. The kids loved them and they were having a blast spooning in the pie fillings and putting them in the fire. It"s a great evening activity while sitting around the fire.
Easy to season, easy to use and easy to clean...can't get much better than that! These irons are pretty much going to be a car camping item due to their weight. Leave them home on a backpack or canoe trip.

We love these irons. They cook great, and have had no problems with them. My kids love the rounds pies cause they have no crust on them.
