Rated 5 out of 5Â by countryoutdoorsman01 Great boot
bought these boots to replace my older hunting boots. I have always wore Rocky boots for hunting and for work. They are a little hard on the break in period, but once broken in they are an excellent boot. they always keep my feet dry and warm, and rocky has and kept that reputation for good quality boots.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by YoungBuck1969 best boot i have ever owned....
I have an issue with my foot fitting into most boots since the top of my foot is so high. This boot literally fits like a glove. every portion of my foot has material against it which not only makes it very comfortable but maintains warmth, dry feet, great support in my ankles, and control when traversing rocky terrain or slippery root covered banks.
Many times on the way to my stand I walk through slick slippery mud sometimes right to the base of my stand. I have, knock on wood, not once had issue with the sole slipping on my ladder rungs wood or metal.
I just purchased my 3rd pair of this same boot. The previous pairs I bought 4 or 5 years ago and have finally worn the sole off one of the 2 pairs. I hunt in Florida so water and swamps are a regular place for me. I wear wool socks with them for the wicking ability but summer spring winter or fall these boots are my go to and I am comfortable in them every time.

The temperature is like the high mountains of Colorado temp range in winter can run as low as -40 degrees up to 10 deg. above zero. Snow in the area can be up and down. I have seen snow up above three ft. and mostly down six to eight inches.A:Â
Not really a temp rating...I wear in the 30's and my feet are warm with wool socks.A:Â
Sorry I can not give you exact temp rating, But at -15 degres fer. I had no problem. the conditions I was in were winter storm snow and blowing. But my feet were warm. I have several screws in my ankle and my foot notices cold, And I had no problems with this boot. It is the best boot I have ever owned. hope this helps you.Details:Â
the boots i have now were advertised waterproof but are water proof only halfway upAnswers

When I put these boots on they have a complete sock like inner tounge that should keep snow out and water crossing creeks.. I won't be swimming in them though.A:Â
The boot is completely water proof, and they do good at keeping you warm.Answers

No they are not, but in my opinion just as good! Cordura I believe is what they call it. Maybe mis-spelled :-)A:Â
