Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good crappie lure I've had good luck with catching crappie when I team this jighead with a Luck "E" strike swimmin minnow (black comet). September 2, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by my favorite jig/spinner Awesome lures that work just like the normal road runners.Fish them slow and you cannot fish them wrong. I think they have slightly less flash and vibration ,but they catch fish all the same.I add a powerbait 2 or 3 inch curly tail depending on weight. They catch just about any species. August 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Lure My wife and I fish with the road runner every time we go fishing. It doesn't just catch crappies it catches other types of fish too. Again, great lure and I been using tthe road runner for years June 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality Lure I've been using these lures for about 5 years & they seem to catch about anything that swims. October 28, 2011

Depends on the weight of the lure. I've caught 5 lb largemouth and 20 lb catfish using the 1/8 oz size.

about 1" to the bend, they work well for pike and trout, if your after huge trout and pike might want to go a bit heavier, I have caught pike up to 36" with no problem

I prefer the pro version only because of the keeper for the plastic bodies.
