great target for the money the woodland buck is a great target for the money. The insert is made of the Rinehart material but the rest of the body is made of cheaper foam that will rot and flake if left in the sun. As long as you keep your arrows in the vital area this target should last a long time. I repainted my target with matched exterior latex paint and it has been holding up great. September 21, 2014
just right the Rinehart target fit just right an when I need another one I will order it from Bass pro shop we love Bass pro shop September 10, 2014
Excellent target! I bought this target mostly just to sight in my bows to shoot arrows with broadheads. I am very pleased with the quality and overal appearance. Arrows come out easy and the self healing foam looks to be able to handle many arrows. I would definitely recommend this product. One draw back, the antlers fall out easy but that's not a big deal. They are 30" tall and 30" long. They are also 9 " thick at center point. Acording to the Reinhart Website they are supposed to mimic a 100 pound deer.

It can bee shot from both sides. It's solid foam rubber so there is no steel rebar other than the steel post that are used in the legs that hold the target upright.

Only steel I've seen is the rebar thats used to hold the target upright. Goes up the front and back legs about 6". Would appear that the main support in the legs is some type of plastics. I've pretty much hit every part of the target, given I'm attempting to learn instinctive shooting with a #50 recurve, and so far I've only broken 2 wooden arrows. Those coming from direct hits to the plastic in the legs. And yes you can shoot at both sides. One side has hearth, lungs, etc. outlined and the other side of the sweet spot is a lighter shade of brown. Think there may be outlines of some of the bones, e.g shoulder blade. For the price, the target has held up well and arrow extraction is easily done. Just ordered my 2nd Woodland Buck and have Tom the Turkey as well. Who knows, maybe the Rinehart 18-1 next.

This target is 3 sections. The front quarter, the mid section and the hind quarter. It is held together with wedges that are molded into the front and back quarters. They are made from the same 'foam' material the rest of the deer is made of.
I have shot at both sides without any issues so I would say that you can. It doesnt say not to shoot at it both ways and everything has held up for me.
