I just bought this for my new Excalibur 405. I went to sight it in at 20 yards and the arrows were so hard to pull out that we had to stand on the target and pull with all our strength. Thank God we had the excalibur arrow puller. I emailed Rinehart and they recommend to break it in with broad heads and use arrow lube for the first 20 shots. I can see why people like them because of how durable it is. It's neat to see the holes seal up again after you remove the arrows. I'm sure this will last me a long time.

I just picked one up from my local BP. I put about 20 broadheads into it. It held up beautifully. I used to use a BLOCK and half of the guts would pull out with each arrow. Not the Rinehart. All broadhead impact areas "healed" up nicely. Im sure it will start breaking down at some point but with all the sides to shoot, it should take a LONG time to wear thru it.

I was looking for a portable target to shoot out of my hunting ladder stands and this target worked great.

This is the best target you will ever buy hands down. Dont waste money on a stamp to mail in warranty card, you will not wear it out in a year. I'm not sure you can wear it out in 5 years! I shoot mostly broadheads and have yet to pull a chunk out of this target. The arrows remove very easy. I practice a lot out of my climbing stand and my 8 yr old daughter pulls the arrows and brings them back to me. The best part about it is it doesn't dull my heads even after multiple shots. The one draw back is that if you shoot dull pointed field points and hit one of the angled sides your arrow deflects and your kids will spend the rest of the day looking for the arrrow!! I have shot this taget a lot (mostly broadheads) and it still looks new.
