i like to call rnt calls "widow maker" because they are deadly.. this rnt is a great soft call that sounds exactly like a hen mallard. if u can learn to get nasty with it and bounce and squeal on it a little bit then thats icing on the cake. this call is fantastic and ive killed many ducks using it. remember, do not grunt completely into this call. just at the very beginning. let the call do the work, not your voice............

A very good call (as are most RNT products), but it does take a little getting used to. Easy to over-blow, however once ya got it down, it's deadly on the close up work. At $75, it's a steal for this kinda call.

another outstanding product from rnt. not a loud call, not an open water call, but an awesome finisher and a great call for the timber. i use it for calm days on small water and for finishing ducks. not only that rnt has top notch customer service. if you need reeds, corks, or tuning just give them a shout.
