This is one of my favorite single reed duck calls, I also use the quack head double reed call from RNT and they have both performed to their prices tags. This call is easy to call with, loud enough to reach out to the ducks with, and easy to take apart for cleaning out when needed. No it doesn’t sound as good as there working man ones, but for the lower price tag it’s worth a looking at if you just need a cheep single reed.
