This Remington Universal Magazine Cap with Swivel Stud quickly and conveniently replaces your existing magazine cap converting it to a gun sling ready unit. Fits all 12 and 16 gauge Remington shotguns, Models 870, 1100, and 11-87.Simply replace the existing cap with the Remington Universal Magazine Cap with Swivel Stud. The rear swivel stud screws right into the butt of the shotgun's stock (drilling a small tap hole is suggested) making it ready to install your shotgun strap.

Highly recommend. It is the same great quality that
Remington has always had. I am using it on a Model 58 Remington 16 ga. Fits like it was made for my (old) "56" gun.

I've been meaning to buy one of these for years, but always put it off as a means of saving money. I finally bought one with my Bass Pro points. It's a great accessory! I never understood why more shotguns didn't already come from the factory "sling ready." It should be especially helpful on upland game hunts where you have to hike for some time before getting to the hunting spot. It's also very well made and fit perfectly to my 870 pump.
