HI zaaa,
No this sight will not work,I have a 16 ga Remington 870 pump,you need to have a good gunsmith to in stall any front or rear sight,
play it safe! If you still want sights call Remington,they will tell you what sights you can use for that model.

how do I adjust the sights to shoot more to the right. Elevation is fine but left/right sights are out of alignment.

You will have to use a punch and hammer to drift the rtear sight to adjust windage

On the 870 with rifle sights you have to move it forward or back , that will adjust the height.
