Rated 4 out of 5 by Good slug I tried these this year with my New England Arms Pardner Tracker 2 SB1 20 guage. they performed well. I tried these with several different types and makers of slugs. I prefer the Untra Bonded (see review), but these would probably be my second choice. I was shooting good groups at 100-150 yards. Just got better results out of the Ultra Bonded. Did not get to see results on any game this year, but can tell you, they destroy a pumpkin at 100 yards. December 20, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 remington copper solid These are great slugs. Like all Remington ammunition, they are very accurate and dependable. They are devastating on whitetails! August 24, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tip Top Performance The shell dropped a buck in just a few short yards. I thought I had missed but the buck jumped up and ran a few yards, turned around and then after 10 seconds fell like a ton of bricks. I did not have a large recoil so I checked my rounds again to make sure I had not used the managed recoil ones. I'm using these, for sure, in the fall. March 12, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by 2 inch group at 50 yards open sights I was able to get a 2 inch group using the 12 Gauge 2 3/4 inch loads at 50 yards. I can't put a scope on my Tracker II Slug barrel made by H&R. I figured that this is pretty good for that range. I will buy more to try to tighten up the group. This slug does exactly what the description states. I dug one out of the snow and it does have 2x expansion. It does open right up. Recoil is withstandable. Not too hard. You should try these if you want a solid copper bullet. March 7, 2008
