Remington® Nitro Turkey™ Extended Range Magnum Shotshells
No better than the rest
Let me start off by saying this is not a good or bad shell. I used them last week, without success. I missed two Turkeys using a Remington 887 nitro mag, xtra full choke, and these rounds 3.5" #4 shot. Both turkeys I missed were about 55 yards away. So, 55 may be a little far for these rounds. I switched over to a 2 3/4 Winchester super X #4, expecting to take the same shot and had one come in to the 45 yard range, the 2 3/4 Winchester super x dropped him with no problem.
With that being said, Im not sure if these hold a tight enough pattern, or out of my gun, the super x just holds a better pattern. These rounds kick like they have a ton of power..... just didn't make the distance I thought/hoped they would. I know 55 yards is a long shot, but with the combo I had, I thought I had enough shell to get there.
All in all, they are a cheap round. Boom every time you pull the trigger. And, probably well worth the money for 40-45 yards and under shots.

These loads are great for the price and perform as good as loads costing 4 times as much. When buying get the #4 shot and you wont regret it i have already taken 5 toms at 30 to 40 yards with a x full turkey choke and they havent let me down yet.

These shells are great, and are also cheap. I have shot them through my Benelli Supernova using both a Jellyhead and a Tightwad and the results are great. The Jellyhead gives me a better range. Very pleased with these shells.

Great Turkey Loads
I just bought 3 boxes of Remington Nitro Turkey 12 ga loads Shot size #4. I haven't hunted with them yet but they pattern great just like other reviewers stated. I look forward to using them on a gobbler this spring.
