This ammo fed will in my S&W model 1911 .45ACP handgun. No jams or failures to feed even in rapid fire. Firing into moist sand showed the bullets to expand reliably and with good results. Bonus is 5 extra rounds per box and compared to other brands. Powder burned cleanly with little carbon buildup. Appears to be a good reliable ammo to use for self-defense.

I have purchased a couple boxes of this now. I was a fan of the Golden Sabre rounds, being that they are getting harder and harder to find I tried some of these. They look the same, shoot the same, and seem to expand just as well. No failures, no problems, good stuff!

Do not get over fancied by the 5 extra rounds in the box. The bullet has sharp crevices that get stucked in the barrel. Got lucky and didn't fire it I had to file it a bit and add more lube.
Note the gun used is a brand new gun that was overly cleaned and lubed according to the range clerk.
