I purchased this ammo for a Taurus 738 TCP. This ammo performed flawless and had good grouping at around 12-14 feet. This is a small gun so reaching out to touch someone is not what it's designed for. I have not been able to text it on wet phonebooks or water jugs yet so I don't know about it's expansion. Overall, i feel comfortable carrying it as seld defense ammo.

GOOD:
I bought these because they were the only 9mm defense rounds I could find anywhere, since the shooting in CT. I rapid fired 5 rounds through my M&P 9c flawlessly. Clean and accurate rounds. I looked at every round in two boxes and none had the flaws reported by other reviews where they had to file them down. Good for the money when you get 5 more extra rounds than other brands.
BAD:
I received them after two and a half weeks of ordering them and the trays holding the rounds in both boxes were broken. Lucky I bought these to keep loaded in my 3 magazines at all times.
