My dog wears this collar 24/7 in all conditions and it has held up great. The only this is it has faded but is clearly still a distinct flaresent orange.

i have purchased about of 8 these collars over the years.
the reflective material lasts about a year.
early in the morning or late a night the reflective material really stands out.
when my dogs are on the run, especially the black lab.
i hit em with the flashlight and the collar is easy to see them and track.

Have purchased 3 of these collars over the last 3 years. The collar itself is tough and well made but the reflective material last about 1 year before pealing off. We only use it in the winter and it really stands out on our black lab and snow.

The buckle is way over kill - the reflection is good but I plan on returning it
