Shoot a box of Remington® Core-Lokt® Centerfire Rifle Ammo to see why it has remained the leader in hunting ammunition for more than six decades. Core-Lokt ammo uses one of the most effective hunting bullets ever developed - the original controlled-expansion bullet design. A progressively tapered copper jacket is locked to a solid lead core to promote a perfectly controlled expansion and high weight retention after impact. Remington Core-Lokt Centerfire Rifle Ammo uses only premiun brass cases, primers, and powders that you can rely on in any hunting environment.

cant beat it
I have used this amunition for over 20 years now and after taking deer after deer its never failed to shut them down with only one shot. The bullet does just what the box said it does and it used in my favorite 30/06 leaves a devistating wound channel and promotes a quick clean kill when I do my part behind the rifle. for its price and performance, it is one of the best hunting rounds out there.

Core-Lokt and Loaded
I couldn't ask for much more when it came down to it sending 30 of these at a time from my sks at a crash dummy maniquine between 50-100 yards. Great for longer ranges as well. They saw stuff down pretty good.

best ammo ever
ive always used core-loct ever since i started hunting with my 30-30 150gr tryed diffrent ammo never worked the same now i use a 243 with 80gr dropped a deer at 150yrds n left a decent sized hole but i have found the 80gr leaves a bigger wound and has more stopping power than the 100gr with the same ammount of distance

22 hornet is expensive when compared to 22LR but not if you compare if to other center fire cartridges. look at the performance between the cartridges and you'll get a good idea that the 22s are not i the same category of performance.
