Purchased this shotgun yesterday. Wanted the Super Magnum because of the versatility of handling 2 3/4, 3, and 3 1/2 shells. Also, this is my first "pump" shotgun. So I was really eager to try it out and see how it would operate. After a day of busting clay targets, I can honestly say I am very pleased with my purchase. The pump action is very smooth and the modified choke is great. I can not say anything bad about the gun. It is a well-made, high quality gun, at a great price! This gun should be in any shooter's collection!

This is the best shotgun ive ever shot!! It kicks less than my 20 gauge! And it never jammed once on me! I could pump shells through it faster than my friends that were using semi autos! Nor did it ever freeze up on me in the winter rabbit hunting too! Its just an awesome gun!

I got one 2 christmases ago because i wanted something bigger than the 20 gauge i had, and this is by far the best choice. My uncle has 3 Bennelis and for the cost i would take this over a Benelli anyday. This may be the best shotgun out there. I would definetly recommend it

I purchased this shotgun in august of 2011. I do not have a single complaint. I shoot everything from the cheapest target loads imaginable to black clouds and haven't had a problem ejecting shells. Also the supercell recoil pad is incredible.

Yes, but make sure you take the waterfowl choke out which usually comes with these guns, otherwise you could damage the gun.

the forend will go all the way down to the chamber , when the action is all the way opened. the picture they have on here the action is closed. i hope this helps you . i own 6 shotguns from remington 4 of which are 870's .A:
